State Senator Tim Bivins

Sen. Tim Bivins (R-Dixon) represents the eight-county 45th district in northwestern Illinois in the State Senate. The 45th district is currently comprised of all or parts of JoDaviess, Stephenson, Winnebago, Ogle, Carroll, Henry, Lee, and Whiteside Counties.  Following the 2010 Census, the 45th District map has been redrawn.
